Previous assignments have required:

•  scope of work definition with high level requirements and essential use cases
• functional requirements specifications in UML
• domain modelling with relationships confirming business rules,
• user interface specifications including wireframes, guiElement definitions and processing rules,
• design consideration with an awareness of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG),
• application of usability heuristics,
• the conduct of usability lab testing, and
• consistency in the use of navigation aids.
